When the security and efficiency of your assets is important to you where ever they might be around the globe, the SmartOne together with the Trackplot website will provide the ideal solution. The SmartOne GPS tracking device will give you the exact location and status of your assets (eg vehicles, vessels, cattle or containers) where ever they may be located from the rugged Welsh hills to the mid-Atlantic. SmartOne is not limited to operating within a GSM network as it uses the GlobalStar’s constellation of low orbiting satellites to transmit the message directly to the Trackplot website. The message interval and content is user defineable and the interval can be set as frequently as every 30 minutes.

Smartone is designed to manage both powered and non-powered fixed and movable assets and can help you to improve operating efficiency and security of your valuable equipment. The device can be used to sense the status of the ignition and other equipment, or determine if a door is open or closed.

The SmartOne design allows it to be easily implemented and installed without the need for harnesses, antennas, or external power. It is powered by 4 AA 1.5V lithium batteries which are readily available and removes the need to purchase expensive proprietary batteries for replacement.

The key features of the SmartOne are as follows:

• Transmits user definable location and status of assets.
• Up to 12 user configurable sleep-time of ake settings to conserve battery power.
• Alarm on movement detection.
• Alarm when asset moves outside user defined geofence.
• Report battery state, motion, 2 x on\off inputs and accumulated count.
• Upto 3+ years of battery life using internal batteries.

The SmartOne device is ideal to improve the security and logistic efficiency of unpowered assets in very remote locations around the globe, or in locations where there is no reliable GSM network coverage.
